Role Description The Land Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day land operations, including coordinating site visits, maintaining land records, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes. The associate will liaise with local stakeholders, service providers, and internal teams to facilitate land-related transactions, resolve operational issues, and track project progress.

The role involves collecting and analyzing data on land parcels, preparing reports, and updating management systems to ensure transparency and efficiency.

- Solid Operations skills, including process coordination, documentation management, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities for engaging with landowners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making related to land and project operations.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for drafting reports, presenting updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage field activities, and travel locally as required.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic project management tools; familiarity with land or real estate documentation is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling sensitive information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
