Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled AV Resident Engineer to manage and support Audio Visual systems at the client site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of AV infrastructure, providing technical support during meetings, and maintaining system uptime.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site support for conference room and AV systems.

- Troubleshoot audio, video, and control system issues.

- Assist users during meetings, presentations, and events.

- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.

- Coordinate with AV project teams, IT teams, and vendors.

- Maintain service reports and issue logs.

- Support minor AV installations and system testing when required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of AV systems, video conferencing, microphones, displays, and control systems.

- Understanding of shop drawings and schematics.

- Basic understanding of networking and AV integration.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Electronics

- 23 years of experience in AV support or AV integration projects.
