Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Agronomist to join our team in Mah arashtra. Th e role involves providing field-level agronomic support and technical guidance to farmers through regular farm visits, crop monitoring, and farmer en gagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular farm visits and monitor crop health and growth.
- Identify and provide guidance on pest, disease, nutrition, and crop management.
- Recommend appropriate crop practices and interventions.
- Engage with farmers through meetings, demonstrations, and field activities.
- Collect accurate field and agronomic data.
- Support implementation of Krishify’s digital tools and advisory solutions.




- Maintain farmer engagement records and prepare field reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sharing of field insights.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture with a strong foundation in Agronomy.
- 0–3 years of experience in farmer engagement or field agriculture.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English .
- Solid knowledge of crop practices, nutrition, pest and disease management.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
