Key Account Manager Private Security Services

Experience: 8–12 years in Private Security Industry

Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the single point of contact for major accounts and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor security operations, manpower deployment, attendance, compliance and service quality.
- Coordinate with Branch Heads and Operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits and prepare review reports.
- Handle client complaints, escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, retention and additional services.
- Monitor billing, collections and contractual commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, PSARA and applicable statutory requirements.

Key Skills:

- Robust client relationship and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of private security operations and manpower management.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple key accounts and teams.
- Willingness to travel for client/site visits.
