About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Value Staffing to manage multiple client accounts and spokes, ensure smooth recruitment delivery, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth from existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple client accounts/spokes and act as a bridge between clients and the internal recruitment team.
- Understand and coordinate client requirements to ensure quality profiles are delivered in the right quantity and within TAT.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients/spokes and ensure timely feedback and issue resolution.
- Track requirements, submissions, interviews, closures, and overall account performance.
- Identify opportunities for client mining,



additional requirements, and business growth from existing accounts.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery and improve overall account performance.
- Manage approximately 10+ client accounts and 500+ requirement flows per month.
- Travel to nearby client locations occasionally, as required.

Requirements:

- Min 1+ year of experience in Client Management / Account Management / Staffing / Recruitment Operations / RPO.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and high-volume requirements.
- Business-oriented mindset with solid ownership and coordination skills.
- Hindi-speaking ability is an added advantage
