Key Responsibilities

- Kafka cluster, topic, broker, partition, replication, ACL and consumer-group administration.
- Configure and troubleshoot Kafka Connectors and Confluent Platform.
- Administer IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Solace.
- Support Azure Event Hub, AKS/Kubernetes and Linux environments.
- Perform production monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management and RCA.
- Coordinate with clients and technical teams for issue resolution.
