We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Technical Associate to join our Networking & Security team. The selected candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, routers and access points across client and internal network environments.

Experience Required:

1 to 4 years of relevant experience in networking / firewall support

Educational Qualification Requirement:

BE / B.Tech / any degree

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing & switching); CCNA course completion preferred
- Valuable working knowledge in troubleshooting network-related issues
- Hands-on knowledge in Palo Alto and Fortigate firewall configuration




- Knowledge in building and supporting network architecture
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers and access points.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong interest in networking and cybersecurity technologies
- Good analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Proactive, adaptable, and result-oriented
- Willingness to travel/relocate based on project requirement.
