Flam is enabling businesses to go "beyond videos" with intelligent, interactive visual content. /n /n About the Role /n We are looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join Flam’s product team.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create intuitive, visually engaging, and scalable digital experiences. /n /n What You'll Do /n /n

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design end-to-end product experiences.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system.

/n

- Understand user problems and translate them into simple, intuitive solutions.

- Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews.

- Stay updated with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.

/n /n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- 1–3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work .

/n

- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, and interaction design .

/n

- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.

/n

- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

/n

- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and experiment.

/n

- Experience designing B2B SaaS, consumer products, or AI-powered products is a plus.
