Tosy Auto Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day shop floor execution, track daily production performance, manage process quality documentation (including PDIRs), and interface with suppliers to ensure a smooth manufacturing and dispatch workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain Daily Production Data (OEE, shift output logs, machine downtime, and cycle times).
- Assist in monitoring assembly line workflows for auto components (cables, hoses, lines, and CNC-machined parts) to meet shift targets.
- Draft, update, and maintain Pre-Dispatch Inspection Reports (PDIR) to confirm all shipments adhere to customer specifications and ISO/defense quality guidelines.
- Conduct in-process dimensional checks, leak testing, and visual inspections before stage approval.
- Maintain and update supplier contact directories for raw material vendors, out-sourced process partners (e.g., plating/coating), and tooling suppliers.
- Coordinate material deliveries, flag component defects to suppliers, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Operate and assist with machine setups (e.g.,



crimping machines, tube benders, CNC units).
- Work with procurement and dispatch teams to verify raw material stock against daily production plans.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in automotive component manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on familiarity with creating PDIRs, inspection checklists, and shop-floor quality documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel/ERP systems for logging daily production metrics and managing supplier lists.
- Ability to read, create and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹204,000.00 per year
