Your job: find the right people, qualify them properly, and get them in front of the client fast.

This is proactive sourcing and screening, not passive work. You'll juggle multiple mandates, keep pipelines moving, and close.

- Source candidates across live mandates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI Tools
- Screen and qualify properly, not just resume-match
- Manage multiple mandates at once
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Keep trackers and pipeline updates clean

- Support closures aggressively

- Curious about people. Asks questions that go past the resume
- Builds pipeline before it's needed, not from zero every time
- Closes the loop with every candidate, including the ones you reject
- Adjusts fast when mandates shift or priorities flip
- Reports the numbers straight, good week or bad
- You adapt and learn quick

No recruitment experience needed. What we won't compromise on: positive spoken English, a confident phone manner, and comfort in a fast-moving remote setup.



This role is not resume forwarding. Not fixed-hour, low-output work. Not a large corporate with layers of process between you and the outcome.

You'll start on sourcing and screening. From there, you move into owning a mandate end to end: building a real search string instead of a keyword match, qualifying a candidate properly before you forward them, negotiating an offer instead of just relaying one.

1. Pre-screen: short async audio intro, checks for spoken English and grammar
2. Group round: live, no prep
3. Task round: written exercise against a real mandate
4. Technical round: defend your task-round reasoning, plus live Q&A;
5. Final Managerial round: fit and intent, with the team
