Position: Junior Site Engineer

Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / relevant Engineering discipline

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Mumbai/Thane

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day project execution and site supervision.
- Supervise assigned site activities as per instructions from the Senior Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and work instructions.
- Monitor quality and safety at the work site and report deviations.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors and site workers for daily work activities.
- Assist in manpower planning and labour deployment.
- Monitor material availability, usage and handling at site.




- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure assigned activities are completed as per schedule.
- Report site issues, delays, material requirements and manpower requirements to the Senior Site Engineer.
- Maintain daily site records, measurements and progress reports.
- Coordinate with other site team members to ensure smooth execution of work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
