Role Overview

As a Junior Mentor, you’ll be at the forefront of helping students and their families navigate the complex Indian and international college admissions landscape. From crafting tailored academic and extracurricular plans to guiding students to manage their time effectively, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their success stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop tailored academic and extracurricular roadmaps based on each student’s interests, goals, and aspirations.
- Provide strategic recommendations for profile building, course selection, standardised testing, and subject choices to align with college requirements.
- Ideate and implement independent projects to bolster student profiles.
- Organise and track student progress through meetings and ensure timely feedback.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in international admissions and university policies.
- Ensuring that deliverables are met with a focus towards achieving the mutually agreed-upon objectives and targets with the senior mentor.

- Knowledge of the US/UK/Singapore/India admissions processes (Not compulsory)

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised institution. (Preferably in Social sciences, Psychology or English)
- 0-2 years of experience in education consulting, mentoring, or related fields (preferred).

Based in: Noida (on-site)

Working Hours: 11 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Thursday WFH)

It's an entry-level job, so the salary will be set accordingly, taking into account industry standards and the skills required for the role.
