Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen candidates based on communication, technical skills, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regularly
- Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Willingness to learn US IT Recruitment and staffing concepts
- Familiarity with MS Office and online sourcing platforms is an advantage
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
