Responsible for machine operation, troubleshooting technical and quality issues, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate machines and resolve technical issues during production.

- Support production planning, machine loading, and changeovers.

- Ensure First-Time-Right production and adherence to SOPs.

- Monitor machine performance and support achievement of production targets.

- Investigate and resolve quality issues related to machines and measuring instruments.

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and minimize machine downtime.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and machines in positive working condition.

- Support Kaizen, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

- Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.

Mandatory Skills

- Basic knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical systems.

- Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.

- Quality awareness and experience with measuring instruments.

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of 5S and safe machine operation practices.
