- Manage daily production activities as per the production plan.

- Operate and monitor rubber compression/injection moulding machines.

- Ensure proper setting of moulds, machines, temperature, pressure, curing time and other process parameters.

- Monitor production output and ensure achievement of daily targets.

- Allocate manpower according to machines and production requirements.

- Supervise operators and workers and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

- Ensure proper mixing, moulding, trimming/deburring and packing activities as applicable.

- Monitor product quality during production and coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection and rejection control.

- Identify production abnormalities, defects and process issues and take corrective action.

- Maintain production records, machine records, rejection/rework records and shift reports.





- Ensure proper identification and traceability of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance requirements.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of moulds, tools and production materials.

- Follow 5S, safety, PPE and shop-floor discipline requirements.

- Support implementation of customer-specific requirements and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Planning teams for smooth production.

- Report daily production status, rejection, downtime and other issues to the Production Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
