About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong and enthusiastic Junior Embedded Systems Engineer / Mentor to join our team.
The role involves delivering practical, industry-oriented training in Embedded Systems to engineering students and working professionals, as well as guiding learners through hands-on and academic projects.
Candidates with a strong technical foundation and an interest in mentoring and project development are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and practical training sessions in Embedded Systems.
- Explain concepts through hands-on demonstrations, coding exercises and real-world applications.
- Mentor students and working professionals during projects and technical activities.
- Guide learners in planning, developing and troubleshooting academic projects.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical feedback.
- Support regular training programs, campus programs and student projects.
- Prepare training materials, examples and practical exercises.
- Stay updated with current Embedded Systems technologies and applications.
Technical Areas Candidates should have good knowledge of some of the following areas:
- C / Embedded C and C++
- Microcontrollers and ARM-based systems
- PIC / AVR / ARM7 / ARM Cortex
- ESP32 and other development boards
- Communication protocols and hardware interfacing
- RTOS and Embedded Networking
- IoT and Embedded Systems
- Embedded Linux and Device Drivers
- Python and GUI development
- Robotics and automation
- TinyML / Edge AI
- PCB design and hardware development
- AUTOSAR
Note: Strong knowledge in the core Embedded Systems areas is more important than knowing every technology listed above.
Eligibility
- B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E. / M.E. in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Embedded Systems or related disciplines.
- 0–2 years of experience in Embedded Systems, preferably with hands-on project experience.
- Freshers with strong academic projects and good technical fundamentals are welcome.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong interest in learning, mentoring and developing practical projects.
