Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Junior Electrical Engineer to support electrical works at our civil construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution, supervision, inspection, and coordination of electrical installations as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution and supervision of electrical works at construction sites.

- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Civil Team, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams, and specifications.

- Monitor electrical installation works including conduits, wiring, cable laying, panels, lighting, earthing, and other electrical systems.

- Ensure electrical works are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.

- Conduct site inspections and identify any quality or installation issues.

- Coordinate with contractors and workers for day-to-day electrical activities.

- Monitor material requirements and assist in maintaining proper electrical material records.

- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

- Assist in preparing daily progress reports and maintaining site documentation.





- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical safety standards.

- Coordinate with the civil team to avoid clashes between electrical and civil works.

- Support senior engineers in planning and completing electrical activities within project timelines.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- 0–3 years of experience in electrical works, preferably in civil construction / building projects.

- Basic knowledge of electrical installations and construction practices.

- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work at project sites.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
