We are looking for a Junior CRM Executive to join our team and assist the Senior CRM in handling customer communication, follow-ups, reminders, and day-to-day CRM activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain skilled relationships with customers. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior CRM in managing customer relationships and daily CRM activities.
- Make regular calls to customers for follow-ups and updates.
- Make reminder calls regarding payments, meetings, documentation, appointments, etc.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requirements and commitments.
- Maintain and update customer records and follow-up details.
- Record customer queries, requests, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Senior CRM and other departments for resolving customer issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned customers and leads.




- Prepare basic daily/weekly follow-up reports as required.
- Support the CRM team in providing a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Pleasant and professional communication with customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
