Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and maintain business data. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, SQL, data reporting, and basic data analysis and be comfortable working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources.
- Analyze business and recruitment-related data to identify trends and patterns.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Track KPIs such as leads, submissions, interviews, conversions, and placements.
- Use Excel/Google Sheets to maintain and analyze data.
- Write basic to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction.
- Identify data errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic to intermediate SQL.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong Excel/SQL skills are welcome.

Preferred
- Experience working with recruitment, sales, marketing, or business data.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or other business databases.
