Job Overview:

We are looking for an intern/experienced and proactive Project Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of new website development projects and manage ongoing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) engagements. The ideal candidate should understanding of web development processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management:
- Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables for AMC and new development projects (Branding, Packaging is plus).
- End-to-end ownership of website development projects from kickoff to launch.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams including designers, developers, copywriters.
- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.




- Conduct regular status calls and share project updates.

- Requirement Gathering:
- Work closely with clients to understand and document their functional and technical requirements.
- Create clear briefs and task flows for the internal team.

- Quality & Delivery:
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate UAT and manage iterations as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project or account management within a web/digital agency.
- Solid understanding of website development lifecycle and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Laravel , Strapi CMS, Shopify ).
- Excellent communication, organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with design and development teams.
- Knowledge of tools like MSoffice, Excel, Zoho cliq etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web hosting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in IT, digital marketing, or web design.
