We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process invoices and payments, and support the senior accounting team in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Assist in salary and expense-related accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers,



and banks regarding accounting-related matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
