We are looking for a Junior Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles to join our team at KISAN MART. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team in managing books and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in Tally
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Prepare and update ledgers, party accounts, and stock entries
- Assist in preparing GST workings, invoice verification, and bank reconciliation
- Support in filing documents, maintaining vouchers, and record management
- Coordinate with vendors/customers for pending payments or clarifications
- Assist senior accountant in monthly closing and financial reports




- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all accounting data

Required Skills

- Robust working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Valuable knowledge of bookkeeping and documentation
- MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or any accounting-related course
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with Tally knowledge can apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
