JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
- Plan and oversee engineering support activities for Current Product Introduction (NPI) and other improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality output within specified timeframes, in collaboration with senior team members.
- Execute diverse projects and assignments, from concept design to NPD, ERP-generated BOM, CAD modelling, GD&T; detailing (using SolidWorks Tool), and Change Orders.
- Drive the design and development of parts/assemblies, delivering 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and BOM structures.
- Foster regular interaction with cross-functional teams across global locations to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Actively participate in customer and internal review meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and passionate.
Additional Skills & Knowledge
- Spiral Conveyor & material handling equipment machine manufacturing experience.
- Good knowledge of gear motor selection.
- Rendering image for web designing using Blender and Photoshop.
- Rapidly acquire and assimilate product knowledge essential for project execution.
