Job Title: Junior QA Engineer (Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and usability of our web and mobile applications through rigorous manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to identify, document, and resolve software defects.

Key Responsibilities

- Test Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Application Testing: Perform manual testing across web and mobile platforms to uncover bugs and usability gaps.
- Automation Support: Support the team in automation testing efforts using frameworks such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Defect Management: Document software defects clearly and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely resolutions.
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Process Growth: Contribute to the evolution of our internal QA processes and testing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Experience:



2–4 years of experience is preferred.
- Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of both SDLC and STLC frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with manual testing concepts and the ability to work with automation scripts.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or Postman.
- Technical Depth: Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
- Methodology: Direct experience working within an Agile workplace.
