Role Description This is a full time, on-site Jr.

Machine Learning

Engineer role based in Gurugram. The role involves implementing and testing machine learning models, focusing on pattern recognition and neural networks for financial services applications. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and preparing datasets, running experiments, evaluating model performance using statistical methods, and helping optimize algorithms for production use.

The engineer will collaborate with senior ML engineers and software developers, document experiments and results,



and support integration of models into existing systems. The role also includes staying updated on relevant ML frameworks and tools and contributing to code reviews and technical discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures and Algorithms.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
- Understanding of Statistics for data analysis, model evaluation, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python) and familiarity with ML libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicate technical ideas clearly, and follow best practices for version control and documentation.
- Interest in financial services and willingness to learn domain-specific concepts; prior exposure to financial data or fintech projects is a plus.
