Roles and Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 3 to 5 year business plans, product roadmaps, and PAN India market expansion strategies.

- Product &
- Tech Leadership: Oversee and Guide in end-to-end infrastructure solutions development including power, cooling/HVAC, civil structural, DCIM, and IBMS/BMS systems.

- Sales &

- Partnerships: Drive revenue and scale customer acquisition by building an ecosystem of service partners, system integrators, EPCs, and consultants.

- Project &

- Plant Operations: Manage the entire project lifecycle from design and engineering to manufacturing, commissioning, and handover.

- Compliance &

- Governance: Ensure all infrastructure, products, and operations meet strict national and international data centre codes and Tier certifications.

- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and establish KPIs for a high-performing, cross-functional team across technical and commercial tracks.
