- Identifying potential suppliers, Initial Assessment & periodic evaluation of supplier.
- Selecting supplier base to acquire best quality and cost of use of new suppliers or working with

current suppliers,
- Responsible for purchase activities.
- Maintain document filling.
- Procure purchase requisition items.
- Conversion of purchase request to purchase order.
- Arrange quotation to release purchase order.
- Material follow-up with suppliers to meet target.
- Negotiation with supplier.
- Co-ordination with production, Maintenance, Tool Room, Quality, Store &Account; Depart.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of vendor development and supplier management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as CNC/VMC machining, fabrication, casting, Plastic and sheet metal.




- Experience in RFQ, cost negotiation and should-cost analysis.
- Strong negotiation, communication and vendor-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel .
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits.

Qualification Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing.
- Candidates with an existing supplier network in Gurugram/Manesar, Bawal, Dharuhera, Faridabad and NCR will be preferred.
- Strong experience in developing current vendors and reducing procurement cost.
