Role : End User Support / IT Engineer L2

Location : Pune, Balewadi

Exp : 4+ years The End User Support & Site IT Engineer is responsible for providing end-to-end IT support services for remote office users, including desktop support, laptop lifecycle management, Microsoft 365 support, local site network support, and security device administration. The role acts as the primary IT representative at the site and serves as the escalation point for complex user, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Level 1 and Level 2 End User Support
- Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop administration
- Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and Outlook support
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Active Directory account support
- Asset and inventory management
- Laptop provisioning and deployment
- Cisco switch administration and troubleshooting
- Sophos firewall administration and VPN support
- Network troubleshooting and connectivity analysis

• Vendor coordination and remote office IT operations

- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switch ports





- VLAN and LAN troubleshooting
- DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Sophos firewall rule implementation
- VPN user support and troubleshooting
- Internet connectivity issue resolution

• Basic log analysis and incident escalation

- Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with network troubleshooting and firewall administration
- Experience supporting executive and VIP users
