1. 12-15 years of experience (majorly in Telecom Industry
2. Education: Graduation degree in any discipline, Post-Graduation, MBA preferred

Major Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition target
- Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Center
- Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Center
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial control
- Obtain permissions required for project executive
- Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity
- Provide action plan for customer retention and feedback
- Manage, coach and motivate team members
