- Handle purchase of gold, silver, and other jewellery from customers.

- Evaluate jewellery based on weight, purity, quality, and market rates.

- Conduct gold purity testing using appropriate testing methods/equipment.

- Explain the purchase process, valuation, deductions, and final settlement clearly to customers.

- Prepare purchase quotations, invoices, and necessary documentation.

- Negotiate purchase prices while maintaining company policies and margins.

- Maintain accurate records of purchased jewellery and customer transactions.

- Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for payment and documentation.

- Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and applicable regulations.

- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of gold purity, karat, weight, and valuation.

- Strong numerical and calculation skills.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Honest, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-value transactions.

- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
