Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Java FullStack technologies such as Spring Boot and React.JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the development team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java FullStack (Spring Boot) and React.JS.
- Robust understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using Spring Boot.
- Experience as a Team Leader or Technical Lead with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
