We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Qualified to lead end-to-end solution delivery across modern full-stack and integration-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of full-stack and integration-based applications.

- Own technical architecture and design decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

- Guide and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

- Design and implement microservices-based applications and integration solutions.

- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

- Drive performance optimization, application security, reliability,



and operational excellence.

- Support agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python.

- Experience developing modern front-end applications using React.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong knowledge of middleware and integration platforms.

- Experience working with cloud environments and cloud-native application development.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

- Proven experience in technical leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring engineering teams.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
