Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer / AI Support Engineer to perform L2/L3 application support, production engineering, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities for enterprise applications running on Google Cloud Platform.

The role requires robust expertise in Java and Spring Boot Microservices, GCP/Kubernetes, API integrations, and AI-enabled applications, including Google ADK Agents and Gemini API integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support P1/P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations.
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and drive issues to resolution.
- Lead and contribute to RCA reviews and preventive action plans.
- Support application releases, deployments, and post-production validations.
- Troubleshoot Java Microservices and REST APIs in production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot GCP/GKE workloads, Kubernetes components, APIs, messaging, and cloud services.
- Support AI-enabled applications, including Google ADK Agents, Gemini integrations, and RAG-based solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Support minor enhancements and production engineering activities.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, and business teams during critical incidents and releases.
