Key Roles & Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Lead end-to-end development of web applications, including UI, backend services, and database integration.

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, ensure high-quality code through code reviews, and drive best practices in coding and documentation.

Backend Expertise: Design and implement robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

Frontend Development: Create responsive front-end components using React.js or Angular.

Database Management: Architect and optimize SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.

System Design: Create, scale, and maintain secure RESTful APIs.

DevOps/Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployment in cloud environments (e.g., Azure).

Required Technical Skills

Languages: Expert-level Java (Java 8+ preferred).

Frameworks: Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices.

Frontend: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.

Database: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

Tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Postman.

Methodologies: Agile/Scrum.
