Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Java Full-Stack Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our technology team in Bangalore. In this role, you will take full ownership of designing, building, and deploying scalable web applications using Java 8+, React, and Spring Security. The ideal candidate has a track record of independently delivering complex backend components, solving critical production challenges, and collaborating across cloud and CI/CD environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Architecture: Independently own, design, and deliver major application components using Java 8+ and Spring Framework.
- Frontend Development: Design and implement clean, responsive user interfaces using React.
- Application Security: Implement and maintain robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using Spring Security and JWT.
- Production Support & Debugging: Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex issues across production environments with high efficiency.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit test cases using JUnit to ensure high code quality and test coverage.
- Cloud & DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams to support cloud-based deployments (Azure preferred) and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and drive engineering best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Core Expertise: 7+ years of professional software development experience with Java 8+ and React.
- Security & Auth: Strong, practical experience configuring and customizing Spring Security and JWT token management.
- Unit Testing:



Proven proficiency in writing robust JUnit test cases for back-end services.
- Cloud & CI/CD: Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and active usage of CI/CD pipelines.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Advanced debugging skills with a proven ability to handle production outages or performance bottlenecks.
- Ownership: History of taking full ownership of major features from initial technical design to post-production support.
