Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer / Technical Lead with 9-15 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, React.js, Apache Kafka, AWS/Azure Cloud, and modern DevOps practices.

The candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications while leading technical discussions, mentoring teams, and driving best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java
- Build scalable Microservices and REST APIs following industry best practices.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular and React.js.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and JWT.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for application deployment and management.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker.




- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related field.
- 9-15 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring ecosystem.
- Experience with Microservices-based architecture and distributed systems.
- Expertise in Angular and/or React.js development.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka messaging systems.
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, OOP principles, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with relational databases and query optimization.
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker and cloud deployment strategies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Camunda BPM or workflow engines.
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, or SaaS products.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).

Nice to Have
- Struts migration projects.
- Event-driven and message-based system design.
- High-volume transaction processing systems.
- Performance tuning and application modernization initiatives.
