About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Microservices Spring Boot Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience who are passionate about building scalable, resilient, and efficient microservices architectures. As a Senior Java Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying microservices that support our enterprise solutions.

Your expertise will contribute to the development of secure APIs, integration with various data stores, and deployment in cloud-native environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A strong background in Java development with experience in Java 8 and above is essential. Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud,



and microservices architecture is required.

Experience with REST API development, relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ is crucial. Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), along with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is highly desirable. Candidates should also have familiarity with security protocols including Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in Agile teams are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and resilient microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud components such as Gateway, Config Server, and Eureka. Develop secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with front-end applications, mobile clients, and third-party systems. Manage data persistence by designing database schemas and writing complex queries for relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, as well as NoSQL stores such as MongoDB, utilizing Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.

Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication patterns by integrating message brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Ensure robust security and authentication mechanisms are in place by leveraging Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, and JWT standards.



Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito, adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to maintain high code quality. Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, perform peer code reviews, and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
