Role Description This full-time ITI role is an on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves assisting with installation, operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment used in manufacturing and support functions. Daily tasks may include routine inspections, documenting work performed, following safety procedures, and supporting senior technicians or engineers in repair and upgrade activities.

The role also includes reading and interpreting technical drawings or manuals,



maintaining tools and machinery, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth and reliable operations on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Completed ITI certification in a relevant trade such as Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, or similar from a recognized institution.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including basic wiring, assembly, and equipment operation.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Awareness of industrial safety standards, use of personal protective equipment, and safe handling of tools and machinery.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with supervisors and peers.
- Basic computer literacy for recording data, preparing simple reports, and accessing digital documentation.
- Prior internship or work experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup is an advantage.
