About the role

ITI Trainees – Mechanical & Fitter for our manufacturing plant at Kallakal. This is an entry-level opportunity for ITI-qualified candidates to gain hands-on shop-floor experience and build a career in production, maintenance or fitting operations.

What you'll do

- Carry out basic fitting, assembly and mechanical maintenance tasks under supervision
- Assist machine operators and technicians with installation, servicing and minor repairs of plant machinery
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities on the shop floor
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms and quality checks during daily work
- Use hand tools, power tools and basic measuring instruments as required
- Maintain daily work, maintenance and inspection records




- Learn plant processes and support senior technicians and supervisors as directed

What we're looking for
- ITI certificate in Fitter, Mechanical or a related trade
- Freshers welcome; prior workshop or industrial-training exposure is a plus
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, fitting techniques and mechanical maintenance
- Willingness to work in a shop-floor/manufacturing environment, including shift-based work
- Valuable discipline, safety consciousness and willingness to learn
