Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial technical/HR screening calls.
- Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective candidate search strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of software engineers and IT professionals.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/recruitment database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming technology hiring requirements.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positions.
- Track recruitment metrics including sourcing, screening, interview and hiring performance.

Requirements




- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
- Experience sourcing software developers, engineers or other technology professionals.
- Good understanding of common software development technologies and terminology.
- Hands-on experience using Indeed, LinkedIn or other recruitment/job-search platforms.
- Strong CV screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Robust follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines.
