Job Overview: We are looking for a IT Support Technician to join our IT department. You will be responsible for managing our IT support.

IT Support Technician responsibilities include supporting our IT Operations, sets up computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software errors, and helps users solve technical problems. Core tasks include logging service tickets, installing equipment, and maintaining network connections. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.

You will ensure our software, hardware, and networks run smoothly.

Tasks and responsibilities

- User Assistance: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnostics: Test and repair computer hardware,



printers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Software Setup: Install, configure, and update operating systems and productivity applications.
- Ticket Management: Record, track, and close support requests using internal tracking systems.
- Network Help: Fix basic local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and VPN connection errors
- Ownership of Infrastructure and responsible for service uptime availability
- Ensure adherence to process

Requirements

- 1-3 years of Client / Server administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- Hands-on experience operating systems, network configuration, M365
- System administration and IT certifications Microsoft, or other IT related fields are a plus
- Familiarity with Windows, and basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills
