Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience: 4–5 years in IT Support / Desktop Support / IT Infrastructure Support

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line IT support and resolve hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Handle employee onboarding, laptop setup, application installation, and system configuration.
- Manage IT hardware, software inventory, asset tracking, and support tickets.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and basic Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Handle basic DNS, domain, LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT documentation, logs, asset records, and backup solutions.
- Provide basic administrative support for Zoho One applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team.
- Support continuous improvement of IT processes and day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements





- 4–5 years of professional experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Experience in user onboarding, application deployment, and IT asset management.
- Good knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, printers, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to support users across multiple locations and varying technical levels.
- Zoho One experience is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
