Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to employees and ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, networks and IT systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting knowledge across Windows, Linux, hardware and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day desktop and IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic network and connectivity problems.
- Provide Windows support including OS, applications and system-related issues.
- Provide basic Linux support and troubleshooting.
- Handle hardware failures and on-site technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals and software.
- Assist users with technical issues and provide timely support.
- Maintain basic documentation of IT issues, resolutions and hardware assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issues requiring further technical assistance.





Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Good understanding of desktop/helpdesk support.
- Ability to handle hardware failures and on-site technical issues.
- Good communication and user-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to work in an on-site IT support environment.
