Important Eligibility Criteria

We are specifically looking for candidates with relevant experience in:

Domestic IT Staffing Sales | Recruitment Business Development | Staff Augmentation Sales | Recruitment Sales | GCC Account Acquisition.

This is NOT an International Staffing role. Candidates whose experience is primarily in US/UK/International Staffing or general IT/Product/SaaS sales without IT Staffing/Recruitment Sales experience are requested not to apply.

Role Overview The selected candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities for our Domestic IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment and GCC solutions, with a strong focus on client acquisition and revenue generation in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and acquire Indian companies with ongoing/upcoming IT staffing and recruitment requirements.
2. Target GCCs (Global Capability Centers), technology companies, enterprises and startups with recurring IT hiring needs.
3. Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, databases, networking and market research.
4. Connect with key decision-makers including CHROs, HR Heads, TA Heads, Procurement Heads, CTOs, CIOs and Business Leaders.
5. Generate requirements for Contract Staffing, C2H, Permanent IT Hiring, Staff Augmentation and GCC hiring.
6. Independently manage prospecting, qualification, client meetings, requirement generation and follow-ups towards closure.
7.



Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and potential clients.
8. Work closely with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure effective fulfilment of client requirements.
9. Maintain accurate prospect, client, requirement and opportunity information in the CRM.
10. Identify opportunities for repeat business, account expansion and cross-selling.
