Job Summary

We are hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT recruitment. Candidates with IT recruitment or staffing consultancy experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offers.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment updates in ATS/CRM.
- Achieve recruitment targets and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements
- 2+ year recruitment experience.
- IT / Staffing / Consultancy experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and job portals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and organized.
