Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the position.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or contract staffing/C2H/contract hiring.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients at all levels.
