About the Role

Notetech Software is looking for an IT Recruiter on a 6-month contract basis to support our recruitment team in sourcing and hiring qualified IT professionals.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and joining dates when required.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
- Support the HR team with other recruitment-related activities when required.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of common IT roles and technical skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while working remotely.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting developers, testers, designers, DevOps, AI/ML, and other IT professionals.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in recruitment for software companies or IT services companies.
