Role & responsibilities

1. To Provide IT Support to the manufacturing site at Khopoli Plant.

2. To provide troubleshooting & maintenance service related to computer handware & network to all user

3. Controlling and monitoring of e-mail server, SAP server ,File server,2X2D server, Access server,HPLC Empower 3 Server ,QC Lab Server, and Compliance Server & 2D Barcode Serialization &

- Temper Evident System Service &
- Support.

- To Provide Computer back up services to the all departments.

- Development of Current Program ,NewLan Network Setup &

- Lan Wan Network Troubleshooting.

- To Provide Administrative Support to QC Lab Instrument ,HPLC Software ,2D Barcode Serialization &

- Temper Evident System.

- To Installation & monitoring of Bio metric Unit, Access Control Units &

- CCTV Cameras
- To provide Support to FoxPro.

- SAP data base restoration, backup, add on installation and software installation.
