IT Infrastructure Support Executive
Experience: 3+ Years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and business applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365, email, LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Monitor basic server, backup, antivirus, and system health alerts.
- Handle IT asset management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain IT documentation, service records, and support reports.
- Provide IT support across corporate and project/site offices as required.
