- Handle installation, configuration and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network and basic software-related issues.
- Manage IT assets, inventory and hardware records.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchase, repair and maintenance.
- Provide IT support to employees and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Ensure timely allocation and replacement of IT equipment.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 13 years in IT Hardware / Desktop Support.
